Terms and conditions
At blackandmore we sell fashion clothing and accessories.We only sell to private customers in the shop. blackandmore is a webshop, but the ambition is that it will create buying experiences - be present and relevant, so you are always welcome to contact me.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Incurred no additional fees or costs. blackandmore pays credit card fee for credit card payments.
In the webshop Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and American Express can be used as payment. It is also possible to pay by PayPal. The amount of the purchase are deducted only when the goods are dispatched from blackandmore, and there can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved when you purchased. The data you submit in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only PBS that can read them. Neither blackandmore or others have the opportunity to read the data.
To shop with us, please provide your name, email and address. We use this only when sending your order to the right place, sending you an email with an order confirmation and an update on email when your order has been sent.
· We will never disclose your information to a third party and never share your data elsewhere.
· We will never send you unwanted mails. You only receive mail from us if you sign up for our newsletter.
· We only store your name, email and address in our system for accounting reasons in accordance with the Accounting Act.
Shipping and delivery
I strive to deliver within 1-3 working days in Denmark. To countries outside of Denmark I will strive to deliver within 3-5 working days. During the summer holidays, a few more days' delivery time must be expected. Write if necessary an email to email@example.com, where you can be informed of the expected delivery time. You pay 69 DKK in shipping and handling fee. If you buy goods for more than 800 DKK in the webshop, blackandmore will pay for your freight to your address. All shipments are sent by Post Denmark and you will receive an e-mail as soon as your package is ready for you.
If you want to pick up your order with me, just select this at check out and there are no handling fees. Please feel free to add a comment to me in the comment box at check out.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer have 14 days to cancel after you have purchased an item. It means, that you, when you have received a product, can return the item to blackandmore within 14 days and get a refund. The only requirement is that the item is returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping you pay yourself. Refund of the purchase amount is made as quickly as possible after blackandmore have received the product and verified that it meets the conditions for the right of return, but no later than within 14 days. Please include banking information (your account number and registration number) so I can transfer the money directly into your account. If you wish to return an item please fill out the RMA formular. Do you regret parts of your purchase, you can of course return the portion of the purchase that you regret under the same rules, however we do not repaid delivery costs by partial cancellation. ATTENTION! blackandmore do not accept packages shipped by cash on delivery and blackandmore do not replace any lost returns, so we always recommend that you send your returns by parcel, as this allows you to track the shipment.
As a consumer, you have 2 year warranty, which means you either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This of course only if the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. If you wish to complain about a product purchased from blackandmore, you must first fill out the RMA formular informing me the reason for return, or perhaps you want a price reduction. You can return the item to the address: blackandmore, Enghaven 38, 7100 Vejle. In order to expedite processing, I ask that you include the RMA number (from the RMA formular), and I will answer within 2-3 business days. Claims for defects in a product must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or should have discovered the defect by a regular review of the product. blackandmore will refund reasonable shipping costs (max dkr. 59) which you may have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified. NOTE: I will need a copy of the receipt for the cargo before the refund is made.
Information on redress
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it does not succeed in finding a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is basically a prerequisite for complaining that the product or service that you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must in principle be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changed. You will have to pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, which is also your invoice.
Subject to misprints, price changes and availability. There is a risk of limited shelf life of beads, sequins, etc.., So the warranty could be waived. Any offer is valid while stocks last.
